Roles and Responsibilities for Quality Assurance

The following roles should be defined for the implementation and operation of each IT system and its environment  

ITQA committee Owner of the IT system Project manager Project team 

Other roles may be required depending on the organization of the IT department. 

Company management At least every three months Company management 

Keeps the company ITQA guideline up to date Coordinates and controls the ITQA System
