In theory the paraffins, such as n-alkanes, may be traced using low temperature DSC, but the lower limit for detection of such substances is approximately 2 %, which is also the upper limit for the paraffin content in road bitumen. [Pg.258]

At the end of the research work, in place of combustion there was proposed to bitumenize reaction masses and subsequently to bury the bitumen as monolithic blocks in special burial grounds. Tough road bitumen with softening temperature 65-70 C was used in bitumenization. [Pg.87]

Symposium of World Road Bitumen Emulsion Producers, Bordeaux, September 1997. [Pg.326]
