Respiratory triggering

MODIFICATION OF THE METHOD Hazle et al. (1991) used MRS to follow the time course of ethanol induced liver steatosis in rats. Spectra were acquired without respiratory triggering and lipid signal was normalised to signal from an external reference sample. Correlation between MRS normalised lipid signal and biochemically determined lipids was moderate (r = 0.52). Ling et al.
