Resin sections immunostaining

Groos S, Reale E, Luciano L (2001) Re evaluation of epoxy resin sections for light and electron microscopic immunostaining. J Histochem Cytochem 49 397 406... [Pg.108]

Samples may be fixed, processed and immunostained by a standard procedure (Table 17.11), but, in case of unsatisfactory results, loss of antigenicity must be suspected. The temperature (heat-cured resin sections) and the composition of the fixative, the dehydration of the sample and the polymerization of the embedding resin may all be the cause. [Pg.496]
