We have seen no latent or residual images with this device. We have imaged Vega (> 10 photons/sec in the K band) using the 1.3M telescope at ICitt Peak as well as bright sources in the lab and have seen no effects when the array is immediately put in the dark. This is the most significant improvement that has been made by SBRC in the production of InSb astronomy arrays. [Pg.402]
