Image sticking

After about ten minutes of slowly moving the iron around on the surface, lift a bit of the film up from the surface of the copper clad and see if the image sticks to the surface of... [Pg.202]

Recently, it was elucidated that dipole moment of ETM (electron transport material) could be an important factor of initial luminance decrease in OLED. It is well known that luminance decrease at initial phase is a main reason for image sticking. In this chater, we will focus on electron transporting material-dependent life-time pattern and found the relationship between dipole moment of electron transpoting material and initial life-time tendency, it is explained how dipole moment of ETM affected initial luminance decrease in OLED [24-26]. [Pg.51]

Residual DC voltage Image sticking Residual voltage after DC voltage is applied and removed. [Pg.49]

Image sticking time Image sticking Residual image time sifter a black box is displayed. [Pg.49]

Fig. 3.20 Relationship between image sticking time and resistivity of the ceR image sticMi time represents the residual time for a pattern after showii a fixed black box on the panel for 24 hours. In the fieldless state > 0, which avoids image sticking. [Pg.852]

Contamination of the initial substance by the by-products of the photodegradation is possible in certain cases. The by-products can produce ions and initiate the image sticking effect and flicker [72], as well as reduce the thermal stability of the LC alignment [73]. [Pg.31]
