Repaglinide Theophylline

Numerous drugs have been reported not to interact with repaglinide, including cimetidine, theophylline, and warfarin (58).

Repaglinide 2 mg three times a day for 4 days did not significantly affect the steady-state pharmacokinetics of theophylline in 14 healthy subjects, although the peak plasma concentration was slightly reduced. No special precautions would appear to be necessary during concurrent use.
