Factors such as assay variations, age, and prostate gland size are known to affect cutoff values. Also, free to total PSA cutoffs are influenced by the sensitivity and specificity values chosen, the reflex range for total PSA used, differences in free PSA assays, and differences in populations studied. Different PSA values are considered due to differences in cutoffs in different assays. Studies have shown that the comparison of a chemiluminescent free PSA showed a 25 percent difference in values. These types of variations suggest a need for standardization (9,29).

Comparison of the data shown in Figure 10 with d values from the diffraction pattern in Figure 11 indicate (Figure 11a) that the mesomorphous component (a narrow reflex), d, is independent of poly(decamethylcyclohexasiloxane) chain tacticity. These experiments are performed in conscious animals, and no effect on other parameters such as blood pressure and heart rate can be monitored unless the animals are anaesthetized. However, the use of anaesthetics can reduce the blood pressure and inhibit neurogenic reflexes, thus masking any changes in cardiovascular parameters. Nevertheless, by careful comparison with standard drugs, relative falls in blood pressure can be assessed between compounds. 

As one can see from XRD data the modification of start zeolite does not result in change of a degree crystallinity (the initial intensity of reflexes is saved), and comparison of unit sell parameters allows to say about an invariance its structure. Some difference in a parameter for a sample H-BS is connected to interaction of atoms boron in a crystalline framework of zeolite.

We do not know whether these suprameduUary pathways are enhanced in diseases associated with a chronic cough. A comparison with pain has been drawn the latter elicits many reflexes, sensations, and emotive changes, and similar processes are now being studied in relation to cough (Gracely et al. 2007 Widdicombe 2008).
