RECORD BASIC 7.0 command

The Recorder creates Visual Basic commands. You don t have to know anything about Visual Basic to record a command macro in Visual Basic. This provides a good way to gain some initial familiarity with Visual Basic. [Pg.245]

HyperCard provides basic built-in navigation facilities menu choices and command keypress combinations which allow travel to adjacent cards in the current sorted order, and to first and last cards and backward stepping through the sequence of recently visited cards. Hypermedia authors may choose to disable the direct use of some of these, in order to constrain semantically irrelevant jumps. Where these are not disabled, a record of the occurrences and context of people resorting to the use of these facilities can be captured, and may help in identifying shortcomings in the intended navigation facilities provided by the hypermedia author. [Pg.23]

Chinese navy commander Zheng He s voyages from 1405 to 1433 included the first recorded use of a magnetic compass for navigation. [Pg.163]
