Realization filler-functionalism

The functionalist idea of realization has been implemented in at least two different ways. 1 have in mind the distinction between filler-functionalism and role-functionalism. 1 will focus here exclusively on these two ways of implementing the functionalist idea. As we will see in due course, the filler-functionalist implementation of the notion of realization is unavailable to the NRP theorist, for given that implementation, the claim that every mental event is realized by a physical event entails that every mental event is identical with a physical event. The role-functionalist implementation does not have that implication. But there are, I maintain, grounds for skepticism that the role-functionalist view of mental events is compatible with mental events being causes. Those grounds, moreover, are independent of the truth of physical closure and the physical effects principle and thus do not presuppose them indeed, the concerns are independent of whether our world is fundamentally physical but of this, more in due course. To anticipate, then, I will argue that appeal to the filler-functionalist notion realization will not enable NRP theorists to offer an account of the place of mental events in nature that meets condition (i) and that there are... 

This makes a list which seems impossible to fulfill, but it is rarely realized that behind every product there was a person or a group of people who had sufficient perception of these requirements that the product was introduced into the market and performed for many years. It is also not fully realized that there has to be a person with vision and imagination who early in the development stage understands the interaction of all these parameters which are critical to the end-effect. It is important to consider that a particular raw material (e.g., filler) does not have only one function in the formulation rather, affects numerous parameters important for product properties. The more these interactions are understood, the more chances exist that useful product is developed, and the shorter the development time. 

In the scenario described here, the expert needs to find sensible realizations of the functional zones that form the compounding extruder. In MOREX, he or she selects the current functional zone (a Filler Adding , in the case described here), and asks for a set of alternative realizations. The current problem situation is analyzed by the environment, and a semantic query is composed that can be executed on the experience repository. This problem definition consists of elements of several of the four areas introduced in Subsect. 4.1.5. 

Modiiying either the CNT walls themselves (by functionalization), or the polymer matrix to improve the quality of interface between the two main components of the nanocomposite by enhancing the interfacial interactions, has some clear drawbacks. In one possible approach, the wetting of the filler by the polymer is realized by covalent binding, and in another case, by tt-tt stacking. Unfortunately, both concepts lead to the disturbance of the delocalization of the 7i-electrons of the CNT walls, which, most of the time, results in a significant deterioration of the electrical properties of the CNTs.
