Range floaters

A range floater is a combination of a capped and floored note. The investor receives a floating rate, subject to both a maximum and a minimum rate. Effectively, the investor has sold a cap and bought a floor. The net premium paid or received will either detract or enhance the return from the note in-between the two strike rates. 

The floaters collected in the flame forming step were hollow glass microspheres (HGMs). The size of the microspheres were in a range from about 5 to 150 microns with a true density of about 0.4 g/cc as measured using a helium pycnometer. The wall thicknesses were estimated to be between 1 to 5... 

Intermediate uveitis tends to affect younger patients, ranging from their teens to early forties. The most common presentation involves vague complaints of blurry vision and persistent floaters, with a slow insidious onset. Pain and photophobia are imcommon symptoms. Whereas the signs of anterior uveitis are primarily seen in the aqueous and iris, the diagnosis of intermediate uveitis typically involves evaluation of the vitreous and peripheral retina. Bilateral involvement at initial presentation is near 80%, and approximately one-third of unilateral cases ultimately become bilateral. Intermediate uveitis has been reported... 

Comment there are various ranges of measurements. As shown in the figure, the floater delivers no signal but can be attached to the end of a device that allows the rope to transmit the measurement. 

Air dotation dryers have excellent heat-transfer coefficients, give very imi-form drying across the web, and give excellent web stability. They can be used for a wide range of web types and tensions, and tend to be quieter, and thus pose less noise problems than the higher velocity single-sided dryers. Floater dryers are totally enclosed and compact so that they are clean and cause less dirt defects in the coating.
