Protein synthesis, de novo

The results obtained and their comparison with literature data allows to say that the development of plant thermoresistance is a complicated cooperative process uniting the whole complex of reactions. If the growth of cell heat resistance is mostly resulted from protein synthesis de novo, the increase of thermostability and modification of functional properties of the main PSA components is not connected with this process, but they are rather mediated by the effect of temperature on their structure.
