Promoters magnesium sulfate

Recently, Verkade and coworkers have reported the successful synthesis of /3-hydroxy-nitriles from carbonyl compounds in a reaction promoted by strong nonionic bases, such as proazaphosphatrane types. The reaction occurs in the presence of magnesium sulfate. 

Several products of Mang Xiao can be selected. The commonly used version is called Mang Xiao. Another version, called Pu Xiao, contains salt, calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate as well as sodium sulfate. Its ability to promote bowel movement is stronger. 

Anhydrous magnesium sulfate is too acidic for this purpose and promotes rearrangement of the hydrocarbon. 

The benzannulation reaction can be promoted in a variety of ways including ultrasound, microwaves, and irradiation using a xenon lamp. Reactions are also possible on solid support such as, silica gel, magnesium sulfate, and aluminium...

Cathodic protection with impressed current, aluminum or magnesium anodes does not lead to any promotion of germs in the water. There is also no multiplication of bacteria and fungi in the anode slime [32,33]. Unhygienic contamination of the water only arises if anaerobic conditions develop in the slurry deposits, giving rise to bacterial reduction of sulfate. If this is the case, HjS can be detected by smell in amounts which cannot be detected analytically or by taste. Remedial measures are dealt with in Section 20.4.2.

Organotitanates, aluminates, zirconates and zircoaluminates can also act like silanes as adhesion promoters. They perform similar functions, but unlike silanes there is no need for water molecules to be eliminated. These other treatments bond the polymer to the filler surface by a chemical bond involving proton co-ordination, and they can also be used with fillers that are not receptive to silanes, such as calcium carbonate, carbon black and barium sulfate, as well as barium ferrite, magnesium hydroxide, aluminium trihydroxide, titanium dioxide, talc and the nanoclays.
