Programme for review and assessment

The programme for review and assessment should be established jointly by the regulatory body and the operating organization. This programme will take into account the schedule of tasks described in para. 222. 

The programme should establish at an early date a schedule for the submission of documents for review and assessment. This schedule should be appropriate to the stages in the licensing process.
