Production statistics vitamins

All the studies conducted with vitamins or other compounds such as polyphenols cannot give precise information about any single product, even after supplementation, because foods provide the intake of many of them all together. The final activity belongs to the combination of a variety of antioxidants. As a consequence, sophisticated statistical analysis has to be applied to the data in order to isolate the effect of a given compound. Despite this effort, it is very hard to define the activity of a single product. [Pg.218]
