Processes control multistage crystallizers

This multistage crystallization process is controlled by a central control system. In this way, the energy and mass flow rates can be continuously balanced in the various crystallization stages. Determination of the process parameters and control of the production program are based on the analytically determined starting concentrations at each stage and the desired separation factors.
