Process course

For this book, the author has adapted the thermodynamics of nonequi librium processes course that has been taught since 1995 at the Department of Natural Sciences of the Novosibirsk State University. It was determined that the subject can be taught in such a way that anyone who has formal physicochemical education in the fields of classical thermodynamics of equilibrium processes and traditional chemical kinetics should be able to understand the topic. 

Pyrolysis kinetics of all the selected lignocellulosic wastes is properly described over the wide thermal degradation range 25°C 900°C by a model that considers an increasing dependence of the activation energy on the temperature and waste conversion with the process course. Appreciable differences in the estimated kinetic parameters are found. 

In the case of salami, starter cultures can be cultivated on meat substrate and freeze-dried, where they remain active at a large rate. The storable culture substrate is added to the salami raw mixture to start the desired ripening process. Depending on process course, it can already contain flavour or flavour-precursors which contribute to accelerating the ripening process.

As it was mentioned above technological realization of polymers synthesis is often complicated by systems viscosity rise in process course and by significant dependence of polymer product quality on temperature and concentration heterogeneity in reaction volume. There is a great number of problems under fast polymerization processes. The main regularities of the last ones were developed by A1.A1. Berlin and K.S. Minsker with collaborators by the example of cationic...

As it has been shown in work [64], the parameter A can be considered as particles number reacting in process course, and nw as chemical distance , i.e., as the shortest way by cluster particles between two its points.

(1.14) it follows, that the condition AG = 0 is achieved atd =3, that is, atd =dand at transition to Euclidean behavior. In other words, a fractal structures are formed only in nonequilibrium processes course, which is noted earlier [12].
