Procedure 3.1. d Isolation of the Green Product

Remove approximately 5 g of the green and brown mixture from the round-bottom flask and place it in an Erlenmeyer flask along with a magnetic stir bar. 

Add the ethanokwater solution to the green brown mixture and heat the solution with stirring for 15 min. 

Vacuum filter the product and wash with additional portions of the 4 1 ethanokwater mixture. 

Allow the green product to dry. Record your yield.
