Probability distribution single exponential approximation

The single exponential approximation works especially well for observables that are less sensitive to the location of initial distribution, such as transition probabilities and correlation functions. 

Note that these values we will not be allowed to be used directly for computing failure rates of filaments. We have to use the correction factor affected by volume of traffic. Let s consider a level crossing on secondary single-track where volume of traffic can approximately affect 1 hour of warning per a day. Therefore factor 1/24 can be used. We assume exponential probability distribution.
