Preparation Procedure of Liquid Microcapsules

After determining the appropriate wall and core materials, other factors must be considered such as the particle sizes of the prepared microcapsules and their stabilities in plating baths thus, a suitable process is essential when preparing specific microcapsules. 

In addition to the nature of surfactants, other factors such as the ratio of core to wall material components, the surfactant quantity, the feeding order and preparation time also affect the stability and particle size of microcapsules. 

The addition of anhydrous alcohol may result in two phases one phase will contain more gelatin than the other, and this leads to an enhanced wall macromolecu-lar interaction and the formation of insoluble polymer aggregates that encapsulate the homogenously dispersed core material.
