Preparation of NOC template in Schramm-Hestrin SH medium

The never-dried NOC template was put into Schramm-Hestrin (SH) medium (Hestrin and Schramm 1954) at pH 6.0, and the solvent was exchanged and finally maintained in a Petri dish until used for the study. [Pg.303]
