Poisoning carbonyl difluoride

Carbonyl difluoride is a poisonous gas, designated as such by the U.S. Department of Transportation [1893]. The vapour is heavier than air. Below about 22 "C (sic cf. 

Caution. Carbonyl fluoride is a water-sensitive and highly poisonous gas. It should be handled in a well-ventilated hood and in a well-constructed vacuum line. Chromium difluoride dioxide is a strong oxidizer. Organic materials must be absent.
