Cisplatin and its salts have a number of side effects that can reduce the use of this treatment and each person s reaction to chemotheraphy is different. Some people have very few side effects while others have more severe reactions which may be further complicated if taking other chugs. The following is a short list of side effects

The ICP-OES method is useful for monitoring the distribution of platinum compounds in the body but the information alone is not sufficient to support rigorous pharmacokinetic studies required to fully understand the total functionality as a cancer killing drug.
