Phase 1 Model Short-Listing Suppliers

For Phase 1, 20 candidate suppliers were considered for the global IT Company. Each supplier was evaluated using 7 criteria measured by 14 attributes as shown in Table 7.13. The supplier base was a mixture of domestic and international suppliers.
