Phase Diagram for Switching of Operators

After a set of operators is selected, the timing for switching these operators was made clear. Condition was the size of the gel, 16[mm] in length, 4[mm] in width and l[mm] in thickness polarity of central electrodes was cationic distance between the electrodes and the gel was 15[mm] horizontal distance of the center of gels and electrodes was 0[mm]. 

For the purpose of applying the simulation results to experiments, the calibration method was extended, which was originally proposed in chapter 3 and applied in the experiment of chapter 7. The period to reach the switching point
