Use perms to compute how many times a given integral is sent into itself by the operations of a point group which only permutes the basis functions. 

The algorithm which we have used will clearly always work if the operations on the basis functions form a group, in particular if they form the point group of the molecule or one of its sub-groups. It is also clear that the identity operation need not be included as a column of perms since the natural generation of the labels in canonical order ensures that the identity is always implicitly present. Elqually obviously, since lister discards repetitions as it processes the labels it does not matter if any column of perms is duplicated (or triplicated) except that time will be wasted on redundant computations. 

The flux term depends on the membrane used. For hydrogen production and purification, dense hydrogen perm-selective membranes are often used, which often exhibit (virtually) infinite selectivity toward hydrogen (in the case of Pd-based dense membranes). In this particular case, the flux term reduces to the flux of hydrogen though the membrane, and it is equal to zero for all the other components. To compute...
