In 16 canned (vegetal oil) and fresh fish samples, the presence of PFCAs, PFOS, and FOSA was found, being that PFCA content is greater in canned th2ui in fresh samples [48]. In some milk samples, PFOS and perfluorodecane sulfonate (PFDS) were present and no correlation was found between PFC and milk fat content, as confirmation that PFCs, due to their chemical structures, do not easily accumulate in fat [48].
