Peanuts research needs

Visit your local farmers market to find more direct sources to buy meat from. Research local farms online. You may be able to buy directly from a farmer. Think about buying a share of a pig or a lamb with some like-minded friends. Or, if you re a CSA member (seepage 18), ask about the possibility of getting weekly meat deliveries. If you can t find meat that satisfies your need on a given evening, turn to other forms of protein like eggs, beans, and nuts (avoiding peanuts). Protein is extremely important to the development of your baby.
