This patient safety indicator is concerned with postoperative hip fracture and is expressed by 

Musculoskeletal diseases, seizure, syncope, stroke, coma, cardiac arrest, anoxic brain injury, poisoning, delirium, trauma, self-inflicted injury, and cancers metastatic to bone are not included in this safety indicator.
