PACKAGING RESTRUCTURING

If your current position is being eliminated due to downsizing, layoffs, corporate restructuring, or another reason that s outside of your control, immediately inquire about the severance package to which you re entitled, obtain written letters of recommendation from your superiors, and take advantage of whatever career counseling services are offered. 

Some LBO players specifically seek a restructuring role within certain sectors of the chemical industry. Huntsman is one of the best examples, with the creation of a polystyrene business from a variety of acquisitions in the USA and Europe (subsequently sold to NOVA Corp.). George Harris is another, with a global salt and soda ash business that was built up from a number of acquisitions and then sold as a package to IMG Global. 

Gelation Breads, restructured meats, puddings, gelatin desserts Film formation/cohesion/adhesion batters, glazes, breakfast bars, edible packaging films... 

In school settings, videotape, electronic-network, and tool-based technologies, such as word processors or graphing packages, are most likely to have wide application and be used most successfiilly, because they require least restructuring of the school n eu. Therefore addressing questions about their effective uses is most likely to have a high payoff.
