P3AT Nanowires

Polymer semiconductors often have a semicrystaDine structure due to their relatively rigid jt onjugated backbone. Compared with two-dimensional (2D) lamellar crystals observed in the crystallization of typical insulating polymers such as polyethylene, Jt-conjugated polymer semiconductors generally tend to crystallize into ID nanostructures, such as nanowires this is induced by both an attractive n-n [Pg.208]

The charge transport in P3AT nanowires synthesized via self-assembly has been studied by fabricating and testing OTFT devices constructed from a single nanowire, or a network of nanowires [79, 80]. A field-effect mobility of 0.02 cm s  [Pg.209]
