As a result of hydraulic filling and/or precipitation, an elevated water table is often observed in reclaimed areas, which could affect the accessibility, stability and settlement behaviour. Additional measures to lower the water table (to a pre-defined level) may then be required and must as such be specified  [Pg.462]

The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining water courses including land and or road drainage within the Site in effective working condition at all times. [Pg.462]
