Other Anticancer Agents that Elicit Neuropathic Pain

Other Anticancer Agents that Elicit Neuropathic Pain [Pg.185]

Immune-modulating agents that prevent activation of immune cells (e.g., macrophages) and/or the inhibitory agents of inflammatory cytokines (e.g., neutralizing antibody) could prevent the neuropathic pain caused by vincristine. These agents could increase the tolerability of vincristine when used for the treatment of leukemia and lymphoma. [Pg.186]
