The compounds listed in Table 256 are prepared by methods from the following scheme. 

III Reaction of triphenyltin sodium with (C5H5)2MCljiJ M = Ti, Zr and Hf, n = 2 and 1. 

Bright yellow solid, dec. 100 , stable at r.t., sensitive to light, soly. (2370).
