Organic field-effect transistor potential

The 0-Cu template (Figure 13.16a) [63-67] was used to study the self-assembly of a-quinquethiophene (T5, 23) [68] by UHV STM. This is an organic semiconductor with great potential as an active material in organic field effect transistors.
