NTPEP Product Evaluation Program

As shown in the previous section, we can thank the National Transportation Product Evaluation Program (NTPEP) and the GSWCC for most of the available independent testing of ECPs and SRDs. 

NTPEP was established in 1994 by AASHTO. The program evaluates materials, products, and devices of common interest for use in highway and bridge construction.
