Non-Caustic Oven Cleaner

Van Gel C, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate Rhodopol 50MD, Xanthan Gum 

Potassium Carbonate, 25% Aqueous Solution Vanseal NACS-30, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate 

Dry blend the Van Gel C and Rhodopol 50MD and add the mixture to the water while stirring with a homogenizer operating at 5000 rpm. Continue mixing for 30 minutes. 

Slowly add the remaining ingredients in the order shown. Mix each for 5 minutes. Package. 

Carbopol resins are used to thicken this high caustic formulation. In addition, the use of the resin provides vertical cling to increase the contact time of the detergent on the soiled surface and enhance consumer convenience.
