NEATs Innovative Cold Process

As regards failures and plant stoppages from use of conventional Sulphuric acid, equipment as practiced today are elaborated in our earlier publication of springer title A Practical insight in the Manufacture of Sulphuric Acid, Oleums Sulphonating Agents.  

As regards tabular comparison between NEAT s DCDA (3+2) process and conventional DCDA (3+1) process NEAT has already under implementation projects for 3 plants in India and one plant in Saudi Arabia to use this innovative process to produce liquid SO3. The capacities envisaged are 52 TPD, 60 TPD, 60 TPD and 20 TPD.
