Naked Lunch

Because a person can t live on advances like these, many famous authors also had other less-glamorous jobs before their books became major sellers. Henry Miller dug graves for a living. William Burroughs, author of the cult classic Naked Lunch, was an exterminator in Chicago and a bartender in New York.

On my visit, the lasagna looked excellent - layered seitan and tofu ricotta with peppers and mushrooms.
