Morpholino-l-oxo-cyclohexan3 Zu einer Losung von 300 mg (1 mmol) 2-(4-Nitro-benzolsulfonyloxy)-... 

Hydroxy-5-nitro-bicyclo[3.3.0]oct-2-ene bzw. 9-Hydroxy-l-nitro-bicyclo [4.3.0]non-7-ene sind durch Umsetzung von 1-Nitro-cyclopenten brw. 1-Nitro-cyclo-hexen mit 2-Morpholino-3-oxo-l-buten zuganglich. 

Z)-l -Nitro-l-alkene werden in Diethylether an En-amine addiert3- u. Die Additionsreak-tion verlauft weitgehend diastereo- und enantioselektiv. Durch saure Hydrolyse kann das Amin nach der Addition abgespaltcn werden und man erhalt ein Keton. So reagiert 2-Morpholino-3,4-dihydro-naphthalin mit (Z)-2-Nitro-l-phenyl-ethen zu l-(2-Nitro-l-phe-nyl-ethyl) -2-oxo-tetralin. 

Thiadiazole - The l-toluenesulfonyloxy-2-oxo-3-tert-butylaminopropane, prepared as described in Step B, (11 mols) is added to 0.80 N methanolic sodium methoxide (15 ml) at 0°C. The mixture is stirred for 15 minutes at 0° to 5°C, treated with 3-morpholino-4-hydroxy-l,2,5-thiadiazole (4.29 grams) and then refluxed for 16 hours. The solvent is evaporated in vacuo and the residue is treated with excess potassium carbonate to provide 3-morpholino-4-(3-butylamino-2-oxopropoxy)-l,2,5-thiadiazole.
