A further interesting feature of the polymeric photoinitiators is based on the possibility of anchoring different photosensitive moieties to the same macromolecule in order to provide a synergistic effect on activity due to their interaction along the polymer chain. In this context, the synthesis of several copoly-meric photoinitiators bearing side-chain thioxanthone and hydroxyalkylphenone or morpholino ketone moieties has been reported recently [156]. In particular, the free radical copolymerization of 2-[2-(acryloyloxy)ethylthio] thioxanthone (AETX) with either [4-(2-acryloyloxyethoxy)phenyl]-2-hydroxy-2-propyl ketone (HPA) or [4-(2-acryloyloxyethylthio)phenyl]-2-(iV-morpholino)-2-propyl ketone (APMK) [poly(AETX-co-HPA) and poly(AETX-co-APMK), respectively] and of 4-[2-(methacryloyloxy)ethoxycarbonyl] thioxanthone (METX) with APMK [poly(METX-co-APMK)] has been performed. 

Mit En-aminen fiihrt die Reaktion nur dann zu lH-Pyrazolen, wenn der Amino-Rest eliminiert wird. Aus 2-Morpholino-2-buten entsteht mit Diazo-essigsaure-ethylester bei 20° in Diethylether 3(5)-Ethoxycarbonyl-4-ethyl-5(3)-methyl-1 H-pyrazol [45% Schmp. 79-800]880.

N-Morpholino-W-nitrosoaminoacetonitril as a nitric oxide ( N0) donor (Bohn and SchOnafin-GER 1989, Feelisch et al. 1989) formed from N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morphlinosydnonimine (molsi-domin) via 3-morphlinosydnonimine by 02 formation is a safe vasodilator in man, but a potential nasal carcinogen in the rat, probably due to the vast smooth endoplasmic reticulum with its cytochrome P450 (Hadley and Dahl 1982, Adams etal. 1991). The question whether the new series of mesoionic 3-aryl substituted oxatriazole-5-imine derivatives (Lahteenmaki et al. 1998) have the same side effects is outstanding. 

In 2005, Gerhard Maas et al. investigated the cycloaddition of organic azides with some conjugated enamines of the 2-amino-l,3-diene, 1-amino-l,3-diene, and 2-aminobut-l-en-3-yne type. 2-Morpholinobuta-l,3-diene 55 underwent regioselective [3-1-2]-cycloaddition, with several electrophilic azides Ar-Nj (Ar = 4-nitrophenyl, ethoxycarbonyl, tosyl, phenyl) to form 5-alkenyl-4,5-dihydro-5-morpholino-l//-1,2,3-triazoles, which were further transformed into 1,5-disubstituted l//-triazoles 56 (Scheme 4.19) [23].
