Monophasic insertion

A quad-polar electrode catheter is inserted through the left femoral artery and positioned at the noncoronary cup of the aortic valve to record a His bundle electrogram. A bidirectional steerable monophasic action potential (MAP) recording/pacing combination catheter is inserted through the left femoral vein and positioned at the endocardium to obtain MAP signals. The signals are amplified with a DC amplifier. [Pg.70]

Rh( 73-S(C6H4)CH=CH2)] (6), which can be isolated as the potassium salt. As in monophase systems [4], 6 would form by regioselective insertion of rhodium into the C2—S bond from BT, followed by intramolecular hydride migration to the a-car-bon atom of a metallathiacycle intermediate [14, 16]. Reaction of 6 with H2 finally yields the (2-ethylthiophenolate)dihydride complex [(SULPHOS)Rh(H)2(o-S(C6H4)-C2H5)]- (7). [Pg.470]
