Japan s Ministry of International Trade has published several books with detailed information on biodegradation tests of several hundred chemicals. This information has now also been made available by the Japan Chemical Industry Ecology-Toxicology and Information Center (JETOC) see Chapter 14 for more details on the MITI biodegradation database. The JETOC also published a compendium of mutagenicity test data of several hundred chemicals.
