Observational studies In a phase 2 trial of mifepristone 200 mg/day in women with advanced or recurrent endometrioid adenocarcinoma or low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma, there were no partial or complete responses [82 ]. The most frequent grade 1 and 2 adverse reactions were anorexia, fatigue, and mood alterations which occurred in 50%, 50%, and 58% of patients respectively. The most common grade 3 adverse reactions were fatigue and dyspnea, which occurred in 25% and 17% of patients respectively. One patient had grade 4 dyspnea. There were asymptomatic rises in corticotrophin in 33%. [Pg.867]
