Microfluidic channel device, soft lithography

Soft lithography, a well-known fabrication technique in the microfluidic society for constructing microstructured channels, is adapted to build soft electronics [32]. Microfluidic channels in soft electronic devices are filled with liquid metal alloys other than chemical solutions or biological fluids as in conventional lab-on-chip microfluidic devices.
