Microfabrication of Self-Oscillating Gel for Microdevices

Recently, microfabrication techniques, such as photolithography, are also attempted for preparation of microgels. Since any shape of gel can be created by these methods, application as a new manufacturing method for soft microactuator, microgel valve, gel display, and so on, is expected. Microfabrication of self-oscillating gel has also been attempted by photolithography for application to such microdevices [28, 29]. [Pg.124]
