Marijuana mixed with other drugs

The sedative and hypnotic effects of methaqualone are greatly increased when the drug is mixed with other CNS depressants such as alcohol or marijuana and can result in coma or death. 

Dimethyltryptamine, commonly known as DMT, can be found as a liquid, colorless crystal or mixed with other substances. The most common method of use is when sprayed on tobacco, parsley or even marijuana. A drug designed originally for research purposes, it produces effects similar to other tryp-tamine derivatives, but comes on very strong and fast, and the trip is over in a couple of hours at most. 

When opium is abused, it may be combined with other licit or illicit drugs. In these cases, opium may be mixed with tobacco or other vegetable matter for smoking, a mixture called madak (or madhak). An A-bomb is a marijuana cigarette that contains heroin or opium, while Buddha is a strong form of marijuana spiked with opium. Opium may also be mixed with hashish in a concoction called black Russian or black hash. 

All of the neuroleptics are consumed in their pure form and are rarely abused. Most of the sedative-hypnotics of abuse are diverted from legitimate sources and remain in their pure form. However, occasionally powdered forms of illegal drugs (such as ketamine hydrochloride), which are often manufactured in clandestine laboratories, are mixed with tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs. 

Most users smoke marijuana in hand-rolled cigarettes called joints, among other names some use pipes or water pipes called bongs. Marijuana cigars called blunts have also become popular. To make blunts, users slice open cigars and replace the tobacco with marijuana, often combined with another drug, such as crack cocaine. Marijuana also is used to brew tea and is sometimes mixed into foods.
