Again a Monte-Carlo simulation with a sample size of 10,000 is used. The estimation procedure is the same as described before. 

This sample can be used to describe the Pareto front by an appropriate surrogate function 

Among the three performance measures, the realized fi-service level depends on both other performance measures.
