Probably the most thorough of these is offered in Natural and Synthetic Fibers" 21 edited by Harris and Mark. This compilation contains a good subject index and publishes detailed abstracts. The abstract pages are issued in loose-leaf form and may be filed in various ways depending on the needs of the library. The usefulness of these abstracts is, however, limited by the youth of the service—it was established in 1944. [Pg.192]
