The effects of warfarin may increase when administered with acetaminophen, NSAIDs, beta blockers, disulfiram, isoniazid, chloral hydrate, loop diuretics, aminoglycosides, cimetidine, tetracyclines, and cephalosporins. Administration of the aminoglycosides with the cephalosporins may increase the risks of nephrotoxicity.
